Can these be worn?

Yes, each masterpiece we create is meant to be worn not just appreciated, but please remember this is art and these shoes should be treated with the utmost care and respect to protect and maintain their unique designs.

When will I receive my shoes?

The shipping time frame stated in each product is an estimate of when the custom footwear will be sent out. It can take a few days more or less it all depends on how fast we are able to get the base shoes in hand.

I made a mistake on my shoe size can i change it?

Once the order has been placed you have 48hrs to make a SIZE exchange.

What is your refund policy? 

Due to the customization of the shoe once the order is placed and the base shoe has been purchased you can no longer get a refund.

What if I receive the wrong shoes?

**We ship to the Address that YOU PROVIDED upon purchase we are not responsible for any change of address such as a move etc. and the product not arriving. But in the instances that the error occurs on our part. For example: you ordered a size 11 and receive a 7, we will send you correct size once the incorrect size shoe is shipped back.
